of 10 June 1999. December 2003,
implementing the law on genetic resources of plants and micro-organisms
The Ministry of agriculture establishes, pursuant to section 27 of Act No 148/2003 Coll.
conservation and use of genetic resources of plants and micro-organisms
relevant for food and Agriculture and amending Act No. 368/1992 Coll., on the
administrative fees, as amended, (the Act on
the genetic resources of plants and micro-organisms), (hereinafter referred to as the "Act") to
the implementation of § 4 para. 5, § 11 (1) 3, § 12 para. 1, § 17 para. 3 and § 19
paragraph. 4 of the Act:
The conditions for collection, evaluation, documentation and preservation
genetic resources and genetic resource collections
(Article 4, paragraph 5, of the Act)
§ 1
Professional prerequisites
(1) the applicant's qualifications for inclusion in the national programme (hereinafter referred to
"the applicant") are:

§ 2
Technical prerequisites
(1) the technical facilities of the applicant pursuant to § 4 paragraph 2. 2 (a). h) of the Act must
correspond to the quantities of preserved genetic resources, demands on their

§ 3

§ 4

§ 8
Evaluation of microbial genetic resources

§ 10

§ 11
