The Ministry of labour and Social Affairs, pursuant to section 7 of Act No. 2/1991 Coll., on the

collective bargaining, as amended by the Constitutional Court declared

under no 199/2003 Coll., and Act No. 255/2005 Coll., that Collective

a greater degree of agreement on the year 2014, closed 16 April 2004. 12. between 2013

employers ' organisations-the Association of textile-clothing-

leather industry and greater trade authority-a Trade Union

workers of the textile, clothing and leather industries of Bohemia and Moravia,

is effective from the first day of the month following the publication of this

communication from the binding for other employers with prevailing activities in
