DECREE

on the determination of qualifications for the position of
the profession

The Department of Defense determined according to § 3 (2). 2 (a). b) of law No.
221/1999 Coll., on professional soldiers, as amended by Act No. 254/2002 Coll.:
§ 1
Qualification requirements
(1) the qualification of the education prerequisite is "^ 1") set for performance
services in the relevant staff regulations.
(2) for the performance of services in the relevant staff regulations classification is laid down in this
minimum education level in hodnostním Ward:

(b) non-commissioned officers with the rank of) the corporal and Sergeant-medium
education with re-training,
(c) non-commissioned officers with the rank of) Staff Sergeant-secondary education with a
GCSE,
(d))-secondary education ensigns with GCSE,
e) junior officers-University degree Bachelor's degree

f) senior officers-higher education in master's degree
the program,
g) generals-higher education in master's degree
program.
(3) the provisions of paragraph 2 (a). e) and (f)) shall not apply to troops
for work on places in the Organization of military orchestras.
For inclusion in this system the minimum education level in
hodnostním Corps junior officers and senior officers-higher vocational
education in the Conservatory.
§ 2
Transitional provision
For the performance of services in the relevant staff regulations classification is a set
qualification requirements qualification requirements shall be considered as set out in the
Decree No. 221/2007 Coll., laying down the conditions of qualification
for the status of the profession, but no longer than for a period of 4 years from the
the effective date of this Ordinance.
§ 3
Regulation (EEC)
Decree No. 221/2007 Coll., laying down the conditions of qualification
for the status of the profession, is hereby repealed.
