DECREE



of 28 June. June 22, 2010



on the determination of qualifications for the position of

The Department of Defense determined according to § 3 (2). 2 (a). b) of law No.

221/1999 Coll., on professional soldiers, as amended by Act No. 254/2002 Coll.:



§ 1



Qualification requirements



(1) the qualification of the education prerequisite is "^ 1") set for performance

services in the relevant staff regulations.



(2) for the performance of services in the relevant staff regulations classification is laid down in this

minimum education level in hodnostním Ward:

§ 2



Transitional provision



For the performance of services in the relevant staff regulations classification is a set

qualification requirements qualification requirements shall be considered as set out in the

Decree No. 221/2007 Coll., laying down the conditions of qualification

for the status of the profession, but no longer than for a period of 4 years from the

§ 3



Regulation (EEC)



Decree No. 221/2007 Coll., laying down the conditions of qualification

for the status of the profession, is hereby repealed.
