The Ministry of the Interior
of 15 November 2004. February 2002,
amending Decree of the Ministry of Interior No. 233/2000 Coll., on the
the implementation of certain provisions of Act No. 247/1995 Coll., on elections to the
Parliament of the Czech Republic and amending and supplementing certain other
laws, as amended by Act No. 212/1996 Coll., Constitutional Court
published under no. 244/1999 Coll. and Act No. 204/2000 Sb.
Ministry of the Interior shall establish, in agreement with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
in accordance with § 92 para. 1 (b). and) of the Act No. 247/1995 Coll., on elections to the
Parliament of the Czech Republic and amending and supplementing certain other
laws, as amended by Act No. 204/2000 Coll. (hereinafter the "Act"), in agreement with the
The Czech Statistical Office pursuant to § 92 para. 1 (b). (c)) of the Act and in
the agreement with the Ministry of labour and Social Affairs and the Ministry of finance
in accordance with § 92 para. 1 (b). (d)) of the Act:
Article. (I)
Decree No 233/2000 Coll., on the implementation of certain provisions of law No.
247/1995 Coll., on elections to the Parliament of the Czech Republic and amending and
to certain laws, as amended by Act No. 212/1996 Coll., the award
The Constitutional Court published under no. 244/1999 Coll. and Act No. 204/2000
Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in article 1, paragraph 1, including footnote # 1):
"(1) the special voters list (hereinafter referred to as the" special "list) ^ 1) results in
paper-based or card indexes or through computer technology
broken down by electoral districts or special constituencies

2. In article 1 (1). 2, after the words "in the special list" the words
"kept by the municipal authority," after the word "name" with the words "
where appropriate, the name, "and the words" social security number "shall be replaced by" the date of the
birth ".
3. In article 1, after paragraph 2, insert a new paragraph 3, including notes
footnote 1a) is inserted:
"(3) in the special list maintained by the Embassy shall be recorded
the number of the electoral district in which the elector to vote, his name,
where appropriate, the name, surname and ^ 1a) the residence of the voters, who do not live in the territory of

Paragraphs 3 to 8 shall become paragraphs 4 to 9.
4. in section 1 of the newly designated paragraph (5) in the first sentence of the numeral "3"
replaced by "4" and at the end of the paragraph, the following sentence:
"The local authority for such voters indicate a comment that was deleted from
because their applications for entry on the special list of the representative
Office in connection with the elections to the Parliament of the Czech Republic. This

5. in section 1 of the newly designated paragraph 6, for the following sentence the first sentence,

6. in paragraph 1 of the newly selected paragraph 8 reads as follows:

8. In section 4, paragraph 4. 1 and 2, before the number "45" is inserted after the word "by".
9. in § 5 para. 2, after the words "independent candidates," the words
"fills in the details of the gender of the candidate,".
10. In section 6 (1). 1, point 1, the following shall be added at the end "(1a, 1b).
11. In paragraph 6 (1). 1 point 2, the following shall be added at the end "(2a, 2b)".
12. in section 6 (1). 2 point 7 shall be deleted and in paragraph 6 shall be added at the end
dot.
13. in § 8 para. 2 the second sentence, the words "the District Office in Prague 1"
replaced by the words "the Office of the municipal part Prague 1".
14. in § 12 para. 1 the second sentence, the words "in the same day" shall be replaced by the words "in
the same day ".
15. in article 14, the following new section 14a is inserted:
"§ 14a
On the day of the elections in accordance with this Decree means the first day of the election. ".
