GOVERNMENT REGULATION of 6 April 2005 establishing the method and amount of funds radiocommunication account and the method of pumping Government directs pursuant to § 150 of the paragraph. 1 of Act No. 127/2005 Coll., On electronic communications and amending certain related laws (the Electronic Communications) to implement section 27 para. 5 and § 133 paragraph. 2 of this Act: section 1 Formation of Czech Telecommunication Office funds account (the "Office") is converted that radio communications account (the "Account") funds amounting to 6% of the collected fees for the use of radio frequencies. Cash Office transferred to the account on a quarterly basis within 10 working days after the end of the quarter with the exception of the fourth quarter, when funds are transferred later in the period as at 10 December. Re-calculate for the period from 11 December to 31 December of the current year, the Office shall by 31 January of the following year. section 2 of the Implementation of the Authority's accounts to transfer the funds from the account to cover effectively and efficiently incurred pursuant to § 27 para. 1 of the Act arising from the holders of individual authorization for use of radio frequencies, or the Ministry of Defence in the use of radio frequencies for military purposes within 15 working days after confirm or determine their amount according to § 27 par. 3 of the Act. § 3 the Effect This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 May 2005.
