Yield applies to the Czechoslovak State Bank, banks and savings banks and

to other persons carrying out certain activities on the basis of the authorisation

belonging to banks and savings banks; regulates the creation, operation,

the use, development and management of the bank information system and defines the

the rights and obligations of banks and other persons related thereto.



The yield shall take effect on the date of its publication in the journal of laws.
