DECREE
of 19 December 2003. April 2005,
amending Decree No. 105/2003 Coll., on the publication of a national nature
Zbrašov aragonite caves attractions and determination of near-terms and conditions
its protection, and Decree No. 236/1999 Coll., which shall be published in the national
natural monument of the bozkov dolomite caves and lays down its more
trade conditions
Ministry of the environment shall establish in accordance with § 79 paragraph 2. 3 (b). (b))
Act No. 114/1992 Coll., on nature and landscape protection, as amended by Act No.
218/2004 Coll.:
PART THE FIRST
Amendment to Decree No. 105/2003 Coll., on the publication of national nature monuments
Zbrašov aragonite caves and the determination of the conditions of her closer
the protection of the
Article. (I)
Decree No. 105/2003 Coll., on the publication of national nature monuments
Zbrašov aragonite caves and the determination of the conditions of her closer
protection, is amended as follows:
1. In article 2 (2). 1, the first sentence is replaced by the phrase "national nature
a monument is located in the cadastral territory of Teplice nad Bečvou, in
a protection degree of natural healing resources of the Spa places
Teplice nad Bečvou ^ 1), and in the internal space of the territory of the Spa Spa
Teplice nad Bečvou. ".
2. in section 3 of the letter g) including footnote # 5 reads as follows:
"g) make changes to completed buildings and equipment or changes in the structures and
the device before their completion; consent is not required for changes
the completed buildings and equipment or changes to the buildings and equipment from their
the completion, which are located in the cadastral territory of Teplice nad Bečvou
on plots that registered in the land registry under numbers
66, 71, 73, 74, 75, 87, 121, 122 and 170, if there is not

medical sources ^ 5) and existing utility networks throughout the territory of
national natural landmarks
5) § 35 para. 2 of Act No. 114/1992 Coll. ".
3. in the introductory part of section 3, the reference to footnote 3 shall be deleted.
4. Appendix 2 is added:
"Annex 2 to the Decree No. 105/2003 Coll.
PART TWO
Amendment to Decree No. 236/1999 Coll., which shall be designated as a national nature
monument of the bozkov dolomite caves and lays down its more protective
terms and conditions
Article II
Decree No. 236/1999 Coll., which shall be designated as a national natural monument
The bozkov dolomite caves and provides for more protective conditions
be amended as follows:
1. In article 2 (2). 1, the last sentence shall be deleted.
2. In article 3, paragraph 3. 1 the letter g) is added:
"g) to enter into public areas inaccessible caves,".
PART THREE
The EFFECTIVENESS of the
Article. (III)
This Decree shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. May 2005.
