Parliament has passed the following Act of the United States:



Article. (I)



Act No. 133/2000 Coll., on the capital city of Prague, as amended by Act No.

145/2001 Coll., Act No. 273/2001 Coll., Act No. 320/2001 Coll., Act No.

450/2001 Coll., Act No. 312/2002 Coll., Act No. 312/2002 Coll., Act No.

320/2002 Coll., Act No. 22/2004 Coll., Act No. 215/2004 Coll., Act No.

257/2004 Coll., Act No. 387/2004 Coll., Act No. 421/2004 Coll., Act No.

499/2004 Coll., Act No. 501/2004 Coll., Act No. 626/2004 Coll., Act No.

109/2006 Coll., Act No. 186/2006 Coll., Act No. 189/2006 Coll., Act No.

234/2006 Coll. and Act No. 261/2007 Coll., is amended as follows:



1. in section 29, paragraph 2 reads as follows:



"(2) a natural person who does not maintain the cleanliness and order on the land,

used or custom, and disturb the appearance of the borough, the city may

part to impose a fine of up to 100 000 CZK. ".



2. in section 29, paragraph 3 reads:



"(3) a legal person or entrepreneurs who do not maintain the purity and

order on the land, taking, or custom, and disturb the appearance of

the urban part of the city may impose a fine of up to 500 000 CZK. ".



3. in section 29, paragraph 4 reads:



"(4) the legal person or entrepreneurs who in the performance of their

business activities pollute public spaces, postpones the thing outside

the placeholder or otherwise disturb the appearance of the borough, the city may

part to impose a fine of up to Czk 1 000 000 ".



4. In paragraph 35, the dot at the end of paragraph 6 is replaced by a comma and the following

subparagraph (f)), which read as follows:



"f) hunting grounds societies.".
