amending Decree No 505/2006 Coll., implementing some
provisions of the law on social services, as amended
The Ministry of labour and Social Affairs shall determine pursuant to section 119 paragraph 1. 2 of the Act
No. 108/2006 Coll., on social services, as amended by the Act No. 261/2007 Coll.
Act No. 207/2009 Coll.:
Article. (I)
Decree No 505/2006 Coll., which implements certain provisions of the Act
on social services, as amended by Decree No 166/2007 Coll. and Decree No.
340/2007 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In paragraph 17, the dot at the end of paragraph 2 is replaced by a comma and the following
subparagraph (c)), which read as follows:
"(c)) 100 Czk per hour, according to the actually consumed by the time necessary to
ensure the acts for the actions referred to in paragraph 1 (b). (c)), e) and (g)); If
