DECREE



of 17 May. January 2012,



amending Decree No. 364/2005 Coll., on the conduct of schools and

school facilities and school to the Registrar and to the transmission of documentation

schools and educational institutions, and from the school Registrar's Office (the Decree on the documentation

schools and educational institutions), as amended



The Ministry of education, youth and sports is determined according to § 28 para. 6

Act No. 561/2004 Coll. on pre-school, primary, secondary, higher

vocational and other education (the Education Act), as amended by Act No.

383/2005 Coll., Act No. 49/2009 Coll. and Act No. 472/Sb:



Article. (I)



Decree No. 364/2005 Coll., on the leadership of schools and school documentation

facilities and school to the Registrar and to the transmission of documentation of schools and

educational institutions and from the school Registrar's Office (the Decree on the documentation of schools and

school facilities), as amended by Decree No 389/2006 Coll., Decree No.

226/2007 Coll. and Decree No. 207/2009 Coll., is amended as follows:



1. in article 3, paragraph 5 is added:



"(5) the data referred to in paragraph 1 shall be transmitted to the database managed

the Ministry or its established and responsible legal person. Into this

the database to the extent necessary for the performance of their tasks, access also

regional authorities and municipal authorities of municipalities with extended powers, which, in the

cases provided for in this Decree shall ensure the adoption of the transmitted

data to the database. Individual data in the database have access only

authorized employees or authorized employees of the Department of legal

the persons referred to in the first sentence. ".



2. In section 3a, the words "the organization established by the Ministry of" shall be replaced by

"The Ministry or his established a legal person".



3. in annex No. 2. 1 (1). 7, the words "the organization established

the Ministry "are replaced by the words" established by the Ministry or his legal
