GOVERNMENT REGULATION



of 17 May. September 2001



to increase pensions in 2001



Government decrees for the implementation of Act No. 155/1995 Coll., on pension

insurance, as amended by Act No. 136/1997 Coll., Act No. 289/1997 Coll.

Act No. 221/1999 Coll., Act No. 18/2000 Coll., Act No. 121/2000 Coll.,

Act No. 129/2000 Coll., Act No. 220/2000 Coll., Act No. 115/2001 Coll.

and Act No. 185/2001 Coll. (hereinafter the "Act"):



§ 1



(1) pensions, old-age, invalidity, partial invalidity full, widows ',

widower's and orphan's awarded prior to the 1. January 1996 increase of installments

§ 2

§ 4

§ 5



This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. December 2001.
