Establishing tariff reimbursement for training and testing tasks
performed in the scope of the Central Control and Testing Institute
agriculture, as amended regulations

Ministry of Agriculture, pursuant to § 11 of Act no. 147/2002 Coll., On
Central Control and Testing Institute in Agriculture and
amending certain related laws (Act on the Central Control and Testing Institute of Agricultural
) as amended by Act no. 317/2004 Coll. and Act no. 441/2005 Coll .:

Art. I

Ministry of Agriculture Decree no. 221/2002 Coll., Laying down
tariff reimbursement for training and testing activities conducted by
scope of the Central Control and Testing Institute of Agriculture in
amended by Decree no. 129 / 2005 Coll., Decree no. 399/2008 Coll. and Decree no.
103/2012 Coll., is amended as follows:

The reimbursement rate equal one act (one
