on the acceptance of credits from the European Investment Bank to finance the construction of the

section of the D8 motorway



Parliament has passed the following Act of the United States:



§ 1



(1) the Czech Republic is authorised to take loans from the European investment

banks on financing the construction of D8 motorway in the section between Trmicemi and the State

the border of the Czech Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany in the total amount of

12 000 000 000 CZK. Individual loans will be repayable within 25 years

from the date of the signature of the credit agreement, and no later than 31 December 2006.

(3) the contract of credit referred to in paragraph 1, negotiates and concludes on behalf of

§ 2
