The Government ordered pursuant to section 123 of paragraph 1. 6 (a). g) Act No. 262/2006 Coll.

the labour code:



Article. (I)



Government Regulation No. 561/2006 Coll., on salaries of employees in the

public service and administration, shall be amended as follows:



1. In section 4, paragraph 4. 8, the words "up to 3" shall be replaced by the words "and 2".



2. In section 4, paragraph 4. 10, the words "up to 3" shall be replaced by the words "and 2".



3. In article 5, paragraph 2, including the footnotes # 16 to 22 shall be deleted.



The former paragraph 3 shall become paragraph 2.



4. in § 5 para. 2, the number "3" is replaced by "2".



5. In section 8 paragraph 1. 1, the number "4" is replaced by "3".



6. Annex 1 shall be deleted.



Renumber annexes 2, 3 and 4 as annexes 1, 2 and 3.



7. In the heading of annex 1, the words "paragraph. 2 "shall be replaced by" paragraph. 1. "



8. in the heading of Annex No. 2, the words "paragraph. 3 "shall be replaced by" paragraph. 2. "
