The Ministry of agriculture
of 18 May. July 2000,
amending the Decree of the Ministry of agriculture no. 101/1996 Coll.,
laying down the details of the measures to protect the forest and the pattern
staff badge, and the pattern of forest guard card
The Ministry of agriculture shall be determined according to § 32 para. 10 and § 38 paragraph 1(a). 7
Law No. 289/1995 Coll., on forests, and amending and supplementing certain laws
(forest law), as amended by Act No 238/1999 Coll.:
Article. (I)
Decree No. 101/1996 Coll., laying down details of the measures to
forest protection and the pattern of the staff badge, and the pattern of forest guard card,
be amended as follows:
1. In article 3, paragraph 3. 2, after the word "pests", the words "and the base
methods of detection of occurrence, control and defence against these pests ".
