The Constitutional Court ruled on 22 November. April 2008 in the plenary, consisting of the President of the

Paul Rychetského and the judges of the Court of Stanislav Duchoně, Bumpkin, Franz

Vlasta Formánkové, Ivana Janů, Vladimir Crust, Dagmar Lastovecké,

Jiří Mucha, Jan Musil, Jiří Nykodýma, Miloslava Excellent and

Michaela Židlické on the proposal of the Ministry of the Interior on the cancellation in General

binding decrees of municipality Kořenov No 2/2004, of ensuring and maintaining

the cleanliness of public spaces and public green areas and local security

a matter of public policy in connection with the breeding and holding dogs on

the territory of municipality Kořenov,



as follows:



I. Article 3 (b). and the village of Kořenov) Decree No 2/2004, in the words "except

space, to which the municipality does not have the right of ownership ", article 3 (b). (b))

the words "local area cemeteries", and article 6 (1). 2 of the same Decree, the

shall be deleted.



II. The remainder of the proposal is rejected.
