The ACT of 19 December 2001, amending Act No. 306/1999 Coll., On providing subsidies that private schools, pre-school and school facilities, as amended by Act No. 132/2000 Coll. and Act No. 255/2001 Coll. Parliament has passed this Act of the Czech Republic: Article I of Act No. 306/1999 Coll., On providing subsidies that private schools, pre-school and school facilities , as amended by Act No. 132/2000 Coll. and Act No. 255/2001 Coll., is amended as follows: 1. In section 4, para. 5 letter d) reads: "(d)) special facilities and children's homes: 80%." 2. In § 5 para. 1, letter d) reads: "(d)) special facilities and children's homes: 100%".
