amending Act No. 309/1999 Coll., on the provision of subsidies to private

schools, pre-school and school establishments, as amended by Act No. 132/2000

SB.



Parliament has passed the following Act of the United States:



Article. (I)



Act No. 306/1999 Coll., on providing subsidies to private schools,

pre-school and school establishments, as amended by Act No. 132/2000 Coll.,

be amended as follows:



1. in § 5 para. 1 (b). (b)), after the words "in primary schools"

the words "and for basic art schools".



2. In article 6 (1). 3 at the end of the following sentence shall be added:



"For pupils of the final years of the subsidies it provides to the end of the school

year, regardless of the graduation or final exam was performed

already in the month of may or June. This also applies, if it was in may or
