DECREE



of 3 July 2003. November 2005,



laying down the amount of the costs of accommodation, meals and transport

foreigners in the Czech Republic for the purpose of administrative expulsion of the secured



Ministry of the Interior shall be determined according to section 182 paragraph. 1 (b). (c)) Law No.

326/1999 SB. on residence of aliens in the territory of the Czech Republic and amending

certain acts, as amended by law no 428/2005 Coll.:



§ 1



(1) the cost of meals provided to foreigners in order to secure

administrative expulsion is 112.0-per person per calendar day.



(2) the cost of accommodation provided by the foreigners, in order to secure

administrative expulsion is 130.0-per person per calendar day.



(3) the amount of the costs to transport the alien secured for the purpose of administrative

expulsion in the use



and) of professional road transport vehicle is equal to times the number of

mileage and the amount of $1.55



(b)) other means of transport is equal to the amount spent on fares,

that was for this carriage paid.



§ 2



This Decree shall take effect on the effective date of Act No. 428/2005

Coll., amending Act No. 326/1999 SB. on residence of aliens in the territory of
