of 26 March. June 2012,
amending Decree No. 162/2005 Coll., on the establishment of quality parameters
universal service and their limits
The Ministry of industry and trade shall be determined according to § 150 of paragraph 1. 2 of law No.
127/2005 Coll., on electronic communications and amending certain
related laws (the law on electronic communications), as amended by
Act No. 110/2007 Coll. and Act No. 153/2010 Coll., to implement section 47 para.
5 of the Act:
Article. (I)
Decree No. 162/2005 Coll., on the determination of the parameters of the quality of the universal
services and their limits, is amended as follows:
1. § 1, including footnote No 1 is added:
"§ 1
This Decree regulates the rights of the European Union based on ^ 1) parameters
the quality of the universal service and their limits.
1) European Parliament and Council Directive 2002/22/EC on universal
service and users ' rights relating to electronic networks and services
communications (universal service directive). Directive Of The European

2. section 2 including the title reads as follows:
"§ 2
Definition of terms
For the purposes of this Ordinance, means the circuit (the participating trailer

the attachment point of telephone switch or the remote concentrator,
consisting of local management, including the trailer to it
associated technical equipment necessary for the implementation of the

3. In article 3, paragraph 3. the letter a) to (c)):
