amending Decree of the Ministry of Interior No. 152/2000 Coll., on the

the implementation of certain provisions of Act No. 130/2000 Coll., on elections to the

the regional councils and amending certain acts, Decree of the Ministry of

the Interior No 233/2000 Coll., on the implementation of certain provisions of law No.

247/1995 Coll., on elections to the Parliament of the Czech Republic and amending and

to certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 212/1996 Coll.,

Constitutional Court declared under the no 243/1999 Coll. and Act No.

204/2000 Coll., as amended, and the Decree of the Ministry of

the Interior No 59/2002 Coll., on the implementation of certain provisions of law No.

491/2001 Coll. on elections to the Councils of the municipalities and amending certain

the laws of the



Ministry of internal affairs in agreement with the Ministry of labour and Social Affairs and the

The Ministry of Finance shall determine under section 59 (b). d) of Act No. 130/2000

Coll., on elections to the regional councils and amending certain acts,

in accordance with § 92 para. 1 (b). (d)) of the Act No. 247/1995 Coll., on elections to the

Parliament of the Czech Republic and amending and supplementing certain other

laws, as amended by Act No. 204/2000 Coll. and under section 74 (b). and) Act

No. 491/2001 Coll. on elections to the Councils of the municipalities and amending certain

laws:



Article. (I)



In the Decree No. 152/2000 Coll., on the implementation of certain provisions of law No.

130/2000 Coll., on elections to the regional councils and amending certain

section 17 of the law, including title and footnote No 20) to 22):



"Special prize for performance of the functions of a member of the District Election Commission, way

her remuneration and disbursements



§ 17



(1) the Member of the District Electoral Commission responsibility for performance of the functions of the Special

reward ^ 20) (hereinafter referred to as "reward") in the amount of $800 and the President of the district

the Electoral Commission in the amount of $1,000.



(2) if elections are held to the regional councils on the same days with

and) to the Chamber of deputies of the Czech Parliament, increases the reward

the functions of the Chairman and a member of the District Election Commission about 400 CZK

increases the reward for the performance of the functions of the Chairman and a member of the District Election Commission

(c)) to assemblies, the remuneration for the performance of the functions of the Chairman and

Member of the District Election Commission of about $400.



(3) the Remuneration referred to in paragraph 1 shall be paid within 30 days after completion of the activity

District Election Commission ^ 22) Municipal Office. In the case that the Chairman or

the District Electoral Commission all District Election Commission meeting

the local authority does not participate, the total amount of remuneration determined in accordance with

paragraph 1 quite short, according to the evidence of their participation in the

meetings of the District Election Commission.

Article II



In the Decree No 233/2000 Coll., on the implementation of certain provisions of law No.

247/1995 Coll., on elections to the Parliament of the Czech Republic and amending and

to certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 212/1996 Coll.,

Constitutional Court declared under the no 243/1999 Coll. and Act No.

204/2000 Coll., as amended by Decree No. 80/2002 Coll. and Decree No. 188/2002

Coll., section 12, including title and footnote No 22) up to 25):



"The amount of special payments for the performance of the functions of a member of the District Election Commission and

Member of the Special District Election Commission, payment method and payment



§ 12



(1) the elections to the Chamber of deputies of the Parliament of the United Kingdom

It is for the Member of the District Election Commission and special district election

the Commission for the performance of the functions of the special reward ^ 22) (hereinafter referred to as "reward") in the amount of

$800, the President of the District Election Commission and Chairman of the Special

District Election Commission in the amount of $1,000.



(2) the elections to the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic, it is for the Member

District Election Commission for the performance of duties in the amount of $800 and

the President of the District Election Commission of remuneration in the amount of $1,000 in the case

the elections to the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic in the electoral district

took place in only one round. The functions in the next round of elections to the

Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic with a reward under the first sentence of

200 CZK.



(3) the Place where the elections to the Chamber of deputies of the Czech Parliament

States in the same days of elections to the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic,

This increases the reward for the performance of the functions of the Chairman and a member of the district election

(4) the Remuneration provided for in paragraphs 1 to 3 to the Chairman and members of the district

electoral commissions shall be paid within 30 days after the termination of the activities of the district

the Electoral Commission ^ 24) Municipal Office. In the case that the Chairman or a member of the

District Election Commission all the negotiations, the Commission does not participate, the local authority

the total amount of remuneration determined in accordance with paragraphs 1 to 3 of a relatively short, and

(5) Remuneration referred to in paragraph 1 to the Chairman and members of the Special District

the Election Commission shall be paid within 30 days after the termination of the activities of the Special District

published by the Czech National Bank ^ 25) at the date of the election. In the case that

the Chairman or a member of the District Election Commission of all meetings of the Commission

does not participate, the Embassy of the total amount of remuneration determined in accordance with

paragraph 1 quite short, according to the evidence of their participation in the

Special meetings of the District Election Commission.

Article. (III)



In the Decree No. 59/2002 Coll., on the implementation of certain provisions of law No.

491/2001 Coll. on elections to the Councils of the municipalities and amending certain

laws, § 1, including title and footnotes # 1) up to 3):



"The amount of special payments for the performance of the functions of a member of the District Election Commission,

payment method and payment



§ 1



(1) the Member of the District Electoral Commission responsibility for performance of the functions of the Special

reward ^ 1) (hereinafter referred to as "reward") in the amount of $800 and the President of the district

the Electoral Commission in the amount of $1,000. If the elections are held in the Council elections

municipalities in the same days, together with the election of ^ 2)

increases the reward for the performance of the functions of the Chairman and a member of the District Election Commission

for a further £ 200.



(2) the Remuneration referred to in paragraph 1 shall be paid within 30 days after completion of the activity

District Election Commission ^ 3) Municipal Office, municipality, municipality of territorial

insertion of an undivided city with a special status, the Office of the borough or

the urban perimeter of the chartered town with a special status and authority

districts in the capital city of Prague (hereinafter referred to as "local authority"). In

the case that the Chairman or a member of the District Election Commission all negotiations

the local authority does not participate, the total amount of remuneration determined in accordance with

paragraph 1 quite short, according to the evidence of their participation in the

meetings of the District Election Commission.

Article IV



1. For elections to councils of municipalities held 1. and 2. November 2002 passes

The Czech Statistical Office responsible for Municipal Council and Municipal Council in

the village, where they are established at least 2 unions (registration authority) list

candidates with the same name, surname and age of the candidate to the same

the Municipal Council, fiftieth fifth day before the date of the election.



2. the period provided for in § 6 (1). 2 of Decree No. 59/2002 Coll. on the execution of

some of the provisions of law No. 491/2001 Coll. on elections to the

Councils of municipalities and amending certain acts, shall not apply.
