DECREE

amending Decree No 207/2001 Coll., implementing Act No.

301/2000 Coll., on the civil registry, the name and surname and amending certain

related laws, as amended



Ministry of the Interior shall determine under section 96 of the Act No. 301/2000 Coll., on the

the civil registry, the name and surname and amending certain related laws,

as amended by law No. 165/2004 Coll.:



Article. (I)



Decree No 207/2001 Coll., implementing Act No. 301/2000 Coll., on the

the civil registry, the name and surname and amending certain related laws,

as amended by Decree No. 231/2001 Coll., the Act No. 507/2001 Coll., Decree

No 566/2002 Coll. and Decree No. 660/2004 is amended as follows:



1. in annex No. 1 in the South Moravian region in the column "municipality

scope "in section 20. "Znojmo", in the column "Registry Office" in section 9.

"Headquarters" in the column "list of municipalities, cities, urban areas, urban

circuits and circuit military újezdů the administrative registry office ", point 5.

"The town had 4,018 inhabitants" is deleted.



Points 6 to 8 shall be renumbered as paragraphs 5 to 7.



2. in annex No. 1 in the South Moravian region in the column "municipality

scope "in section 20. "Znojmo", in the column "Registry Office" in section 16.

"Znojmo", in the column "list of municipalities, cities, urban areas, urban

circuits and circuit military újezdů the administrative registry office "after point

12. "Olbramkostel" shall be inserted after paragraph 13. "The town had 4,018 inhabitants".



Items 13 to 17 shall be renumbered as paragraphs 14 to 18.



3. in annex No. 1 in the Central Bohemia region in the column "municipality

scope "in section 5. "Los Angeles", in the column "Registry Office" after point

8. "3200" shall be inserted after point 9. "Rayleigh".



Sections 9 to 22 shall be renumbered as paragraphs 10 to 23.



4. in annex No. 1 in the Central Bohemia region in the column "municipality

scope "in section 5. "Los Angeles", in the column "Registry Office" in section 9.

"Jesenice" column "list of municipalities, cities, urban areas, urban

circuits and circuit military újezdů the administrative registry office ":

"1. the Jesenice

2. Parking is free.

3. Newcastle upon Tyne ".



5. in annex No. 1 in the Central Bohemia region in the column "municipality

scope "in section 5. "Los Angeles", in the column "Registry Office" in section

10. "Concord", in the column "list of villages, towns, districts,

districts and military újezdů the administrative circuit, deaths and marriages "

point 1. "Jesenice", item 9. "Bel Air" and section 10. "Newcastle upon Tyne" are deleted.



Items 2 to 8 shall be renumbered 1 to 7.



6. in annex No. 1 in the Central Bohemia region in the column "municipality

powers "in paragraph 22. "Richmond Hill" in the column "Registry Office" in section 3.

"Mnichovice", in the column "list of municipalities, cities, urban areas, urban

circuits and circuit military újezdů the administrative registry office ", point 3.

"Kunice" is deleted.



Points 4 to 12 are renumbered 3 to 11.



7. in annex No. 1 in the Central Bohemia region in the column "municipality

powers "in paragraph 22. "Richmond Hill" in the column "Registry Office" in section 6.

"Velke Popovice", in the column "list of villages, towns, districts,

districts and military újezdů the administrative circuit, deaths and marriages "

after point 3. "Křížkový Újezdec" shall be inserted after point 4. "Kunice".



Points 4 to 7 are renumbered as 5 to 8.



Article II



This Decree shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. January 1, 2006.
