DECREE



of 17 May. December 2009,



amending Decree No. 423/2004 Coll., laying down the credit

system for the issue of a certificate for the medical profession without

direct line supervision of health workers in

amended by Decree No. 321/2008 Sb.



The Ministry of health shall lay down pursuant to § 90 para. 2 (a). (c)) of the Act

No 96/2004 Coll., on conditions for the acquisition and recognition of competence to perform

paramedical professions and to pursue activities related

with the provision of health care and amending certain related laws

(the law on the paramedical professions):



Article. (I)



Decree No. 423/2004 Coll., laying down the credit system for the issue of

the certificate for the medical profession without a direct line or

professional supervision of health workers, as amended by Decree No.

321/2008 Coll., is amended as follows:



1. In paragraph 2 (a). (b)) at the end of paragraph 2, the word "or" and paragraph 3 shall be deleted.



2. In paragraph 2 (a). (d)), point 3, the words "and which has drawn up a plan

lifelong learning of workers ' shall be deleted.



3. in paragraph 2 of the letter e) is added:



"e) training events educational events,



1. which takes at least 4 hours each day,



2. the program relates to the performance of the medical profession

non-medical health care professional and



3. that is supported by accredited facilities ^ 4) or device, which

issued a favourable opinion on the professional associations ".



4. In paragraph 2 (a). (f)) in the introductory part of the provisions, the word "educational"

repealed.



5. In paragraph 2 (a). (f) point 5 (a)). (g)) of paragraph 4, after the word "employee"

the words "or members".



6. In paragraph 2 (a). (g)) in the introductory part, the words ' the provisions of educational events

guaranteed by international organization "shall be replaced by the word" action ".



7. In paragraph 2 (a). h) section 5, the words "as a teaching tool is considered to be CD-ROM

or a scientific basis for action, lifelong learning, including

e-learning course; ' shall be deleted.



8. in section 2 of the letters k) and l) are added:



"to participate in the posterem kind of) professional communication that includes a guided

topics, tables or pictures posted on the boards at congresses,

conferences, congresses or working days, symposia,



l) e-learning course form of training or innovation course

the final test is terminated,



1. the program relates to the performance of the relevant non-medical healthcare

profession and



2. that is supported by accredited facilities ^ 4) or device, which

issued a favourable opinion on the professional associations ".



9. in section 3, paragraph 3. 2 the words "belong to 3 credits ' are replaced by ',

unless the pedagogical activities, belongs to 4 credits "and the last sentence is

repealed.



10. in section 3, paragraph 3 reads:



"(3) for participation in the seminar, unless it is a pedagogical activities, 1

credit. ".



11. in section 3, the following paragraph 7, including footnote # 7a

added:



"(7) for e-learning course of at least



and 15 pages) processed under the technical standards for the adaptation of documents ^ 7a)

belongs 2 credits,



(b)) 30 pages processed by the technical standards for the adaptation of documents ^ 7a)

belongs to 3 credits.

12. In § 3a paragraph 2. 2, after the word "hour", the words "or the presentation of

vocational communication ".



13. in section 3b of the paragraph. 1, the words "paragraph. 1 to 6 "shall be deleted.



14. in section 3b of the paragraph. 2, the words "paragraph. 1 (b). d) to (f)) "shall be replaced by

"(d) to (g)))".



15. in section 4, paragraph 4. 1 with the number "6" is replaced by "7".



Article. (II)



Transitional provision



Credits due for participation in individual forms of lifelong

education, which took place before the effective date of this order,

will be included in the number of established by Decree No. 423/2004 Coll., as amended by

effective until the date of entry into force of this Decree.
