amending Decree No. 177/2009 Coll., on detailed conditions

termination of education in secondary schools GCSE



The Ministry of education, youth and sports, establishes, pursuant to § 81 para.

11 of the Act No. 561/2004 Coll. on pre-school, primary, secondary, higher

vocational and other education (the Education Act), as amended by Act No.

242/2008 Coll. and Act No. 49/2009, code:



Article. (I)



Decree No. 177/2009 Coll., on detailed conditions of termination of education

in secondary education, GCSE, is amended as follows:



1. In article 2 (2). 2, the words "20. June "is replaced by" 10. June ".



2. In article 2, paragraphs 3 to 5, including the footnotes # 4 to 6 shall be added:



"(3) the trial period in the spring with the common part of the subtests

graduation exams held in the form of an oral exam before graduation test

the Commission (hereinafter referred to as "the common part of the oral exam") held in the period from 2.

May to the beginning of the tests and subtests of the common part of the graduation

the tests, conducted in the form of didactic test (hereinafter referred to as "didactic test")

written work (hereinafter referred to as "written work") in the school year.

3. in section 22 para. 2, the second sentence shall be deleted.



4. in section 22 paragraph 3 reads:



"(3) the Assessors shall transmit without delay the joint reviews

the written work of the pupil to the Director of the school. ".



5. in section 26 para. 1 the words "15. June "shall be replaced by" 17. June ".
