The Government ordered pursuant to section 2 c of paragraph 1. 5 of law No. 252/1997 SB., about

Agriculture, as amended by Act No. 85/2004 Coll. and Act No. 291/2009 Coll., and

According to § 1 (1). 3 of Act No. 256/2000 Coll., on the State farm

the intervention of the Fund and on the amendment of certain other laws (the law on the State

the agricultural intervention fund), as amended by Act No. 441/2005 Coll. and

Law No. 291/2009 Coll.:



Article. (I)



Government Regulation No. 53/2009 Coll., laying down conditions for the granting of

subsidies for forest-environment measures, as amended by Decree-Law No.

83/2009 Coll., regulation of the Government No. 480/2009 Coll., regulation of the Government No. 369/2010

Coll., regulation of the Government No. 108/2012 Coll. and regulation of the Government No. 448/2012 Sb.

is amended as follows:



1. In section 2 (2). 8, the words ", in a way, which details in a project on the

title improving the species composition whose elements are presented in the

Annex 3 to this regulation ' shall be deleted.



2. In section 3, paragraph 3. 3 (b). and the word ") included" replaced by the word "all".



3. In section 5 (a). e), the words ", in accordance with the project on the title

improving the species composition or with the notice under section 8 (2). 6 "shall be deleted.



4. In article 6, paragraph 1 reads:



"(1) the rate of the subsidy to improve the species composition in the title share

ameliorating and strengthening of trees exceeding established minimum

share in the growing group of



and about 5 to 15)% 44 EUR per 1 hectare of the chosen stand for group

the calendar year; in the Natura 2000 areas and specially protected territories 55

the calendar year; in the Natura 2000 areas and specially protected territories

140 € per 1 hectare stand of the group chosen for the calendar year. ".



5. In article 7 (2). 2 the final part of the provision shall be replaced by the number "4"

the number "5".



6. In article 7, paragraph 2, the following paragraph 3 is added:



"(3) If the applicant proves that during that twenty years

period, the increase in the total area of the stand chosen Group

9. In section 7, paragraph 6 is added:

10. In section 7, paragraph 6, the following paragraph 7 is added:

Paragraphs 7 and 8 shall be renumbered as paragraphs 8 and 9.



11. In section 7 (2). 8 the words "4 or 5" is replaced by "5 or 6" and

12. In section 8, paragraph 4, the following paragraph 5 is added:



"(5) If, on the basis of the changes to the plan or the outline to merge

Article. (II)



The transitional provisions of the



The provisions of section 6 (1). 1 Government Regulation No 53/2009 Coll., as amended effective

from the date of entry into force of this regulation, shall apply to grants

granted on the basis of the application for the year 2013 and for the following years.
