a long-term trade agreement between the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist

Republic and the Imperial Government of Iran, and Long-term credit agreement between the

the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Imperial Government of Iran



On 22 November. May 1974 was in Tehran signed long-term business

agreement between the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and Imperial

the Government of Iran and long-term credit agreement between the Government of the Czechoslovak

Socialist Republic and the Imperial Government of Iran.



According to article 9 of the agreement entered into force long-term business

on 4 December 2004. December 1974. On this day, according to article 12, entered

also in force long term pay agreement.

LONG-TERM TRADE AGREEMENT



between the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the imperial government

Iran



The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Imperial Government of Iran,

starting from the provisions of Trade, customs and ferry to the Convention between the Government of

The Czechoslovak Republic and the Imperial Government of Iran, signed on 30 November.

April 1929, and desiring to promote the widest possible extent in the business

relations between the two countries, have agreed as follows:



Article 1



The exchange of goods between the two countries will be implemented on the basis of documents "and"

(exports from Iran to Czechoslovakia) and "B" (exports from Czechoslovakia into

Iran), attached to this agreement.



To this end, the parties undertake to authorize, in accordance with the laws and

regulations applicable in the country of import and export of goods, as referred to in

the schedules "A" and "B" and another item that will be agreed later between

the competent authorities of both parties.



Of the Charter "A" and "B" are an integral part of this agreement.



The item ledger entry in the above schedules are established for the period from

on July 1, 1974 to 30. June 1975.



Both sides agreed that the item ledger entries for each remaining year will

determined by the dna before the end of each month of the current year.



An item of goods referred to in schedules "A" and "B" may be revised and

edited only by mutual agreement of the competent authorities of both countries.



Article 2



For the purposes of this agreement, the goods manufactured or processed in

Czechoslovakia and exported from Czechoslovakia, considered

Czechoslovak goods and merchandise, manufactured or processed in Iran and

exported from Iran will be considered Iranian goods.



The certificate of origin for the goods, subject to the provisions of this Agreement shall be

issued by the competent authorities of the country concerned and will be connected to the

the transport documents.



Article 3



Both parties shall take the necessary measures to ensure that goods imported from one country

Article 4



Import and export of goods under this agreement will be carried out between the legitimate

Czechoslovak organisations such as independent legal entities, and

Iranian natural and legal persons in accordance with the laws and

regulations applicable in the respective country.



Article 5



Salaries for the goods exchanged pursuant to this Agreement shall be carried out under the

payment agreements signed by the parties to date.



Article 6

Article 7



To facilitate the execution of this agreement and for the further development of the trade

LONG TERM PAY AGREEMENT



between the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the imperial government

Iran



The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Imperial Government of Iran,

Recalling article 5 of the Long-term trade agreement signed

today between the two countries, have agreed as follows:



Article. 1



Salaries between natural or legal persons, located in

The Czechoslovak Socialist Republic, and natural or legal

persons residing in Iran, listed in article 4, shall be carried out in

under this agreement and the provisions in force in the country concerned.



Article. 2



(1) Salaries between the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and Iran will be

carried out of the Czechoslovak party československá obchodní Banka, a.

s., Prague, and from the Iranian side of the Bank Markazi Iran, Tehran.



(2) Bank Markazi Iran, Teheran, acting on behalf of the Imperial Government of Iran,

opens in his books the name československá obchodní, a. s., Prague,

account in US dollars (the unit) called "clearing account

Československá obchodní banka, a. s., Prague ".



(3) the Československá obchodní banka, a. s., Prague, acting on behalf of the Government

The Czechoslovak Socialist Republic, opens in his books on

name of Bank Markazi Iran, Tehran, an account in US dollars (the posting

Unit) called "clearing account Bank Markazi Iran, Tehran".



These accounts do not earn interest, and will be conducted without bank charges.



(4) in favour of a "clearing account Bank Markazi Iran, Tehran" will be

attributed to the amount intended to meet salaries, which will be carried out according to the

This agreement, the natural and legal persons residing in Czechoslovakia in the

benefit of individuals and legal entities located in Iran and the like

in a way its weight will be attributed to the amount of payment orders

adopted and made by československá obchodní Banka, a. s., Prague.



(5) in favor of "clearing account Československá obchodní banka, a.

with Prague will be attributed to ". the amounts intended to offset the salaries which

will be carried out under this agreement, natural and legal persons residing in

Iran the benefit of the natural or legal person established in the

Czechoslovakia in a similar manner to its weight will be attributed to the amount of

payment orders received and carried out Bank Markazi Iran, Tehran.



Article. 3



(1) the Československá obchodní banka, a. s., Prague, and Bank Markazi Iran,

Tehran will be instantly communicating all the salaries made by

pursuant to this agreement.



(2) the salaries of the recipients will be made by the two banks in the order received

payment orders and account balances in the context, referred to in article 2,

and taking into account the technical credit referred to in article 5 below.



Article. 4



For salaries under this agreement will be treated as these salaries:



1. Salaries on Exchange of goods according to the Long-term trade agreements,

signed this day between the two countries, including expenses, with the associated

as:



travel expenses of all kinds, storage expenses, expenses control of goods

customs costs, port expenses, commissions, interest and bank charges

salaries in advance, commercial representation, advertising expenses expenses, travel expenses and

profits arising from the transit trade, Assembly costs and travel expenses

related to the commissioning, etc.



2. bonuses and compensation from insurance and reinsurance in the range in which the

the contracts allow payment in US dollars (the posting

3. Periodic balancing between the postal, Telegraph and telephone

Radio administrations.



4. Remuneration for services, study, travel and subsistence expenses, maintenance and

expenses for hospital treatment.



5. Wages, pensions, promotion, remuneration and honoraria.



6. fees and income from patents and licences, trademarks, copyright

rights, and movies.



7. Subscription of magazines, periodicals and newspapers.



8. taxes, charges, fees, fines and court costs.



9. The costs of the diplomatic representation and expenses incurred by the other

official purposes.



10. Expenses related to the exhibitions and fairs.



11. Expenses relating to scientific and technological cooperation, training courses

preparation and posting photos.



12. the income of artists and athletes.



13. other salaries on which they agree both banks.



Article. 5



To secure the continuity of salaries between the two countries in the framework of this agreement

provide Československá obchodní banka, a. s., Prague, and banks

Markazi Iran, Tehran mutually in the accounts referred to in article 2

technical loan to the amount of 2 500 000 US dollars (the unit).



If the balance exceeds the technical credit, the two parties shall agree on the

necessary measures to cover this přetažku supply of goods during

three months.



If přetažek is not settled within three months, the debtor shall pay the

party creditor parties upon request within 14 days from the date of such

application amount přetažku in US dollars or in another mutually acceptable

currency.



However, the Party shall consider sympathetically creditor's request by the debtor

the granting of the special loan, provided that such a request will be

made within the aforementioned period of three months.



Article. 6



Bids, contracts, accounts and payment orders within the provisions

Long-term trade agreements, as well as this agreement, will be expressed

only in US dollars (the unit).



Article. 7



Československá obchodní banka, a. s., Prague, and Bank Markazi Iran,

Tehran, shall agree on the technical implementation of this agreement.



Article. 8



Upon termination of this agreement will remain to continue clearing accounts

open for a period of 6 months in order to allow for the debtor

side of the exportation of the goods to the creditor the balance party, whose offices

shall issue the appropriate import permit, if the issue of such permits

will be required by the applicable laws and regulations in the respective country.



If at the end of this six-month period will be clearing accounts

show more balance, the debtor party is obliged to settle it

immediately upon request by the creditor in US dollars or in any

other free currency, on which both parties agree.



The transaction, which remains pending after the expiry of the above period 6

months, will be settled in the usual manner in accordance with the provisions

force on the date of payment.



Article. 9



The balances reported to 30. June 1974 on the accounts referred to in article 2

Article. 10



This agreement shall form an integral part of a Long-term trade agreement between the Government of

The Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Imperial Government of Iran

signed on this date.



Article. 11



This Agreement replaces, from 1. July 1974 Credit Agreement between the Government of

The Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Imperial Government of Iran dated

March 12, 1969.



This agreement is concluded for a period of 3 years, will be conducted from 1. July

1974 and will pay up to 30. June 1977. After this period will be automatically

extended from year to year, unless one of the two parties it 3 months ago

the end of the year unless in writing or ask you to close

the new agreement.



Article. 12



This agreement is subject to approval in accordance with the legislation of both countries, and

shall enter into force on the date of exchange of notes, which will be confirmed by the

approval.
