GOVERNMENT REGULATION



of 10 June 1999. June 1955



on the flag of vessels, the armed forces of the Czechoslovak Republic.



The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic ordered pursuant to section 3 of Act No. 252/1920

Coll., which shall be issued on the provisions on State flag, State and

State seal:



§ 1



(1) Vessels of the armed forces of the Czechoslovak Republic bear flag,

that consists of the bottom field of the red and white of the high,

is pushed fully down to the middle of the blue wedge; in the upper corner of the flag on the flagpole

is a lion a small State emblem in red five-pointed star.



(2) the ratio of this flag provides representation in the annex, which is

part of this regulation.



§ 2



Government Regulation No. 123/1930 Coll., on the flag of naval

Czechoslovak Republic, is lifted.



§ 3



This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. July 1955; carry out is

Ministers of national defence and of the Interior.
