DECREE



of 31 March 2004. January 2003, repealing Decree No. 213/1991 Coll., on the

safety at work and of technical equipment during the operation, maintenance and repair

vehicles



The Ministry of labour and Social Affairs shall lay down pursuant to § 9 and 24 of Act No.

2/1969 Coll., on establishment of ministries and other central bodies of the State

administration of the Czech Republic, as amended by Act No. 202/1990 Coll., Act No.

576/1990 Coll. and Act No. 478/1992 Coll., and the Czech mining Office provides

pursuant to section 8a of the paragraph. 8 of Act No 61/1988 Coll. on mining activities,

explosives and the State Mining Administration, as amended by Act No. 128/2000 Coll.:



§ 1



Repealed the Decree No 213/1991 Coll., on the safety of work and technical

the device when operating, maintenance and repair of vehicles.



§ 2



This Decree shall take effect on the date of its publication.
