The AGREEMENT



with Austria, concluded at the Hague on 20. January 1930.



On behalf of the Czechoslovak Republic.



On behalf of the Czechoslovak Republic,

Austria, Belgium, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Canada, the Federation of States

The Australian, New Zealand, The Union Of South Africa, India, France, Greece,

Italy, Japan, Poland, Portugal, Romania, and Yugoslavia was

negotiated this agreement:

The AGREEMENT. (Austria)



Duly authorised representatives of the Government of the Republic of Austria, the Government of The

Majesty the King of the Belgian, Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain

and Northern Ireland, the Government of Canada, the Government of the State of the Australian Government

New Zealand, the Government of the Union of South Africa, the Government of India, Government of the Republic

The French, the Greek Government of the Republic, the Government of his Majesty the King

The Italian Government of his Majesty the Emperor, the Japanese, the Government of the Republic

The Government of the Republic of Poland, the Portuguese, the Government of his Majesty the King

The Romanian, Czechoslovak Governments, the Government of his Majesty the

King of Yugoslavia



have agreed as follows:



Article. (I)



The financial obligations of Austria, resulting from all provisions of the ceasefire of 3.

November 1918, the Treaty of St. Germain and Saint-all treaties or conventions it

Article. (III)

Article. (VII)



No provision of this Agreement shall not affect the adjustments agreed in case

Article. (VIII)
