51/1993 Coll. Czech Republic GOVERNMENT REGULATION on 18 December 1992, by way of a financial settlement for the rental of the land allocated to the Land Office, the Czech government ordered according to § 19 para. 4 of the Act No. 229/1991 Coll., that regulate the ownership of land and other agricultural property, as amended by Act No. 93/1992 Coll.: § 1 (1) The owner of the land, which land office after the commencement of proceedings of land consolidation allocated according to a special regulation ^ 1) into a temporary lease the other land owners must pay these owners compensation , namely and) the amount and the deadlines by which both parties agree, or (b)), an annual amount equal to one percent of the price of land allocated it temporary lease, unless the agreement under the provisions of subparagraph a). For the duration of the temporary lease, which is equal to one year, with payment calculated pro rata; by this time also credited the month in which the decision of the Land Office land and allocate it a temporary lease entered into force, and the moon, which came into force of the Land Office for approval landscaping. Payment is due no later than the end of each calendar year and the calendar year in which the land office will issue a decision on the approval of land consolidation, payment is due within 30 days from the date of coming into force of this Decision. (2) The price of land under paragraph 1. (b)) means the price determined by special regulation ^ 2), the date of the decision of the Land Office on the allocation of temporary land rent. § 2 This regulation comes into force on its publication.
