GOVERNMENT REGULATION



of 30 March 2004. November 2011,



amending Government Decree No. 455/2009 Coll., amending, for the purposes of

the Criminal Code stipulates that plants or fungi are considered

plants and fungi containing narcotic or psychotropic substance and what is

their quantity is more than a little within the meaning of the criminal code



Government orders under section 289 paragraph. 3 of Act No. 40/2009 Coll., the criminal

code:



Article. (I)



Government Regulation No. 455/2009 Coll., amending, for the purposes of the criminal code

shall determine which plants or fungi are considered plants and fungi

containing a narcotic or a psychotropic substance and what is the amount of

more than a little within the meaning of the criminal code, is amended as follows:



1. In annex 1, part A, point 1, the words "of the total weight

plants "are replaced by the words" in a boom or a plodonosném Cyme

cannabis plant (except grains) including ".



2. In annex 1, part A, points 2 to 4 shall be deleted. Point 5 shall

renumbered 2.
