by approving the loan provided by the Governments of the States-, represented in

The International Committee for auxiliary loans economic-repatriation

prisoners of Czechoslovak nationality from Russia.



The National Assembly of the Republic passed on this

the Act:



§ 1.



The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic approves the loan-

provided by the Governments of the States, represented in the International Committee for

auxiliary loans economic-on the repatriation of prisoners of war

Czechoslovak nationality from Russia (action Nansenova).



§ 2.



The Government is empowered to issue to repay this loan-up to a total,

The Czechoslovak Republic per above-the bonds in foreign currencies

States, which have provided funds to perform this action.



§ 3.



Bonds issued under this Act are exempt from the stamp and

fees and the interest on them from pension tax (rentové).



§ 4.



This law, which shall carry out all members of the Government, shall take effect on the date of

publication.
