DECREE



of 15 November 2004. from 1 June 2015,



amending Decree of the Ministry of Interior No. 326/2000 Coll., on the way

the labelling of the streets and other public spaces, how names

the use and placement of the numbers to indicate the buildings, on the terms of the Declaration on the

renumbering of the buildings and of the procedure and the notification of allocation of numbers and documents

necessary to assign numbers, as amended by Decree No 193/2001 Sb.



Ministry of the Interior shall establish in accordance with § 153 para. 2 Act No. 128/2000 Coll.

on municipalities (municipal establishment), as amended by Act No. 312/2002 Coll. and under section

paragraph 120. 2 of the Act No. 131/2000 Coll., on the capital city of Prague, as amended by

Act No. 312/2002 Coll.:



Article. (I)



Decree of the Ministry of Interior No. 326/2000 Coll. on the method of marking the streets

and other public spaces, how to use the names and location of the

numbers to indicate the buildings, on the terms of the Declaration of the renumbering of the buildings and

on the procedure and the notification of allocation of numbers and documents needed to

the allocation of numbers, as amended by Decree No 193/2001 is amended as follows:



1. in article 4, paragraph 2, including footnote No 3 be deleted and at the same time

paragraph 1 is deleted.



2. in § 5 para. 1, after the words "the Arabic numerals", the words "in the

ranging from 1 to 9999 ".



3. in § 5 para. 2, after the word "a" is inserted after the word "small".



4. In paragraph 7 (b). (b)), the words "land registry" shall be replaced by

"the basic registry territorial identification, addresses and real estate".



5. section 8, including the title.

This Decree shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. July 2015.
