Parliament has passed the following Act of the United States:
PART THE FIRST
Amendment of the Act No. 143/2001 Coll., on the protection of competition and amending
Some laws (law on the protection of competition)
Article. (I)
Act No. 143/2001 Coll., on the protection of competition and amending
Some laws (law on the protection of competition), as amended by law
No. 340/2004 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in article 1, the following paragraph 8, which including the footnote 3a)
added:
"(8) this law shall not apply either to the negotiations of competitors in the field of
production of agricultural products and trade with them, acting in accordance
with the law of the European communities. ^ 3a)
3A) of Regulation No 26 applying certain rules of competition to the
production of agricultural products and trade with them. ".
2. In article 6 (1). 1 at the end of subparagraph (b)) is replaced by a comma and dot
the following point (c)), which read as follows:
"(c)) of the agreement, sales organizations and associations of agricultural producers
the sale of raw agricultural commodities. ^ 3a) ".
3. In article 11 (1) 1 at the end of the dot is replaced by a comma and the following
the letter g) is added:
"g) direct or indirect monetary or non-monetary performance requirement for
entry in the register of a competitor in the position of the customer for the placement of items
in the establishment of a competitor in the position of the customer, or the direct or indirect
requesting special discounts and financial advantage in connection with
by opening an establishment or organisation of the different sales events
a competitor in the position of the customer. ".

Amendment of the Act No. 526/1990 Coll., on prices, as amended
Article. (III)
In section 14 of Act No. 526/1990 Coll., on prices, the following paragraph 3, which
added:
"(3) the Government shall submit annually to the 31. January of the following year
The Chamber of Deputies a report on price inspection under this Act,
an overview of the measures taken, inter alia, price control
authorities to prevent violations of the provisions of this Act. ".

The EFFECTIVENESS of the

This Act shall take effect on the date of its publication.
