GOVERNMENT REGULATION



of 25 June 2002. March 2015,



amending Government Decree No. 363/2009 Coll., on the determination of pensionable

age and old-age pensions equivalent of some miners, who started

to carry out their work before 1993



The Government directs pursuant to § 107 para. 2 Act No 155/1995 Coll., on pension

insurance, as amended by Act No. 198/2002 Coll., Act No. 108/2009 Coll., and

Act No. 220/2011 Coll.:



Article. (I)



Government Regulation No. 363/2009 Coll., on the determination of pensionable age and conversion

old-age pensions of some miners, who started to carry out his

employment prior to 1993, is hereby amended as follows:



1. the introductory phrase of the Government Regulation: "the Government directs pursuant to § 107 para. 2

Act No. 155/1995 Coll., on pension insurance, as amended by Act No.

108/2009 Coll. and Act No. 220/2011 Coll.: ".



2. In paragraph 1 (b). (b)) in the first sentence the words "before 1. January 2009 "shall be deleted;

and in the second sentence, after the words after the semicolon "under section 4"

the word "underground".



3. in paragraph 4, the words "during the period from 1 January 2005. January 1993 to 31 December 1999. December 2008 "

replaced by the words "after 31 December 2006. December 1992 "and after the word" worked "

Article. (II)
