DECREE



of 26 March. may 2014,



amending Decree No 143/2008 Coll., laying down detailed requirements

in order to ensure the quality and safety of human blood and its components

(the Decree on human blood), as amended by Decree No. 351/2010 Sb.



The Ministry of health shall, pursuant to section 114 para. 1 and § 24 para. 4

Act No. 378/2007 Coll., on pharmaceuticals and on amendments to some related

laws (law on medicinal products), as amended by Act No. 50/2013 Coll. and Act No.

70/Coll.:



Article. (I)



Decree No 143/2008 Coll., laying down detailed requirements to ensure

the quality and safety of human blood and its components (the Decree on the human

the blood), as amended by Decree No. 351/2010 Coll., shall be amended as follows:



1. In article 12 paragraph 2. 1 (b). (b)), the words "Annex 7 of this order"

replaced by the words "Annex I directly applicable European Union legislation

governing tariff statistical nomenclature section ^ 9) ".



Footnote 9 is added:



"9) Annex I to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 of 23 July. July 1987 on

the tariff statistical nomenclature and on the common customs tariff, in the
