of 10 June 1999. June 2010,
amending Decree No 136/2004 Coll., laying down details
animal identification and record keeping and registration of the economy and people
established breeding Act, as amended
The Ministry of agriculture lays down, pursuant to section 33 of Act No. 155/2000 Coll., on the
breeding, breeding and registration of farm animals and amending
some related laws (Act plemenářský), as amended by Act No.
288/2003 Coll. and Act No. 130/2006 Coll., to implement section 22(2). 13 and §
23 c of paragraph 1. 4 plemenářského of the Act:
Article. (I)
Decree No 136/2004 Coll., laying down the details of the labelling
animals and their record-keeping and holding registers and people laid down
breeding law, as amended by Decree No. 199/2007 Coll. and Decree No.
213/2009 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In article 1 (1). 1, the words "in accordance with the law of the European
Community ^ 1) "is replaced by" incorporates the relevant provisions

7. section 22, including title and footnotes # 28 to 30:
"§ 22
The ways and terms of identification of sheep and goats
(1) each sheep or goat must be no later than 6 months from birth,
However, before they leave the holding of birth, marked

inflammation, or deformation of the ears and that are not intended for
trading within the European Union, shall be designated the alternate way
to avoid confusion with other animals. This method of marking is
immediately recorded in stable registry.
(7) the Plastic ear marks are hung to one-third from the base of the ear
the ear between the skin fold of the auricle.

8. in paragraph 23 of Section 23a is added to that, including the title reads as follows:
"§ 23a
The marks on the pastern is used for identification of sheep and goats and their pattern
(1) for the identification of sheep and goats on markers are used with a height of the pastern
alphanumeric characters, at least 4 mm.
(2) a mark on the pastern must contain
and the identification number of the animal and)
(b)) code of the competent authority.
(3) a mark on the pastern can also contain records of the breeder, unless the
infringed the legibility of the information referred to in paragraph 2.
(4) the height of the alphanumeric characters on a duplicate marker on the pastern should be
at least 4 mm.
(5) the model of the mark on the pastern and a duplicate marker on the pastern are listed in
Annex No. 4. ".
9. In article 24, paragraph 3 shall be deleted.
Paragraph 4 becomes paragraph 3.
10. In § 24 para. 3, the last sentence shall be deleted.
11. In § 32 para. 1 third sentence after the word "economy", the words
"and for the registry of poultry on the holding".
12. in section 35 para. 3, the words "paragraph. 1 "shall be deleted.
13. in § 36 odst. 4, the words "in the case referred to in § 12 para. 1 and § 24
paragraph. 3 "shall be replaced by the words" for cattle, sheep and goats relocated from other
Member States or imported from third countries directly to the slaughterhouse. "

Transitional provision
Tuři mark in the period to the date of entry into force of this Decree, ear
marks referred to in section 14 shall be construed as animals identified in accordance with
Decree No 136/2004 Coll., in the version in force until the date of entry into force of this

Article. (III)
The effectiveness of the
