The DECREE
of 10 June 1999. December 2009,
amending the Decree of the Ministry of the Interior, for conducting the election laws
The Ministry of the Interior, in agreement with the Ministry of labour and Social Affairs and the
The Ministry of Finance shall determine in accordance with section 92, paragraph. 1 (a). (d)) of law No.
247/1995 Coll., on elections to the Parliament of the Czech Republic and amending and
various other laws, as amended by Act No. 204/2000 Coll. and
Act No. 320/2009 Coll., under section 59 (b). d) of Act No. 130/2000 Coll., on the
elections to the regional councils and on the amendment to certain acts, as amended by
Act No. 320/2009 Coll., under section 74 (a). and Act No.) 491/2001 Coll., on the
elections to the Councils of the municipalities and amending certain laws, as amended by
Act No. 320/2009 Coll., and pursuant to section 70 (a). d) of Act No. 62/2003 Coll.
elections to the European Parliament and on the amendment of certain laws:
PART THE FIRST
To change the order of the Ministry of Interior No. 233/2000 Coll., on the implementation of the
some of the provisions of Act No. 247/1995 Coll., on elections to Parliament
The Czech Republic and amending and supplementing certain other acts, as amended by
Law No. 212/1996 Coll., the finding of the Constitutional Court published under no.
243/1999 Coll. and Act No. 204/2000 Coll., as amended
Article. (I)
Decree of the Ministry of Interior No. 233/2000 Coll., on the implementation of certain
the provisions of Act No. 247/1995 Coll., on elections to the Parliament of the Czech
Republic and amending and supplementing certain other acts, as amended by
Law No. 212/1996 Coll., the finding of the Constitutional Court published under no.
243/1999 Coll. and Act No. 204/2000 Coll., as amended by Decree No. 80/2002
Coll., Decree No. 188/2002 Coll., Decree No 401/2002 Coll., Decree No.
565/2002 Coll., Decree No. 251/2006 Coll., Decree No. 368/2008 Coll., and
Decree No. 321/2009 Coll., is hereby amended as follows:
1. In article 12, paragraph 3, the following paragraph 4 is added:
"(4) a member of the District Election Commission and special district election
the Commission, which is not in employment or in the ratio of similar work
the ratio, however, is gainfully employed, in addition to the remuneration referred to in paragraphs
1 to 3 of the compensation for loss of earnings during the performance of the duties of a member of the Anne Arundel County

Paragraphs 4 and 5 shall be renumbered as paragraphs 5 and 6.
2. In section 12, paragraph. 5, after the words "Remuneration referred to in paragraphs 1 to 3 shall be
the words "and the flat-rate compensation for loss of earnings referred to in paragraph 4".
3. In section 12, paragraph. 6, after the words "the remuneration referred to in paragraph 1" shall be replaced
"flat-rate compensation for loss of earnings referred to in paragraph 4".
PART THE SECOND
To change the order of the Ministry of Interior No. 152/2000 Coll., on the implementation of the
some of the provisions of law No. 130/2000 Coll., on elections to the
the regional councils and on the amendment to certain acts, as amended

Article. (II)
Decree of the Ministry of Interior No. 152/2000 Coll., on the implementation of certain
the provisions of Act No. 130/2000 Coll., on elections to the regional councils and
on the amendment to certain acts, as amended by Decree No 401/2002 Coll., Decree
No 565/2002 Coll., Decree No. 251/2006 Coll. and Decree No. 368/2008 Coll.,
is amended as follows:
1. In § 17 paragraph 2, the following paragraph 3 is added:
"(3) a member of the District Election Commission, which is not in employment or
in a similar proportion of employment relationship, however, is gainfully employed,

Councils of municipalities and amending certain laws, as amended

Decree of the Ministry of Interior No. 59/2002 Coll., on the implementation of certain
the provisions of Act No. 491/2001 Coll. on elections to the Councils of the municipalities and the
amendment to certain acts, as amended by Decree No 401/2002 Coll., Decree No.
565/2002 Coll., Decree No. 251/2006 Coll. and Decree No. 368/2008 Coll.,
amended as follows:
1. In article 1, paragraph 1, the following paragraph 2 is added:
"(2) a member of the District Election Commission, which is not in employment or

Article. (IV)
In section 10, paragraph 1. 3 Decree No. 409/2003 Coll., implementing the Act No. 62/2003
Coll., on elections to the European Parliament and amending certain laws,
the words "$ 85" is replaced by "Eur 43" and "$ 680" shall be replaced by
the words "$ 340".
PART THE FIFTH
The EFFECTIVENESS of the
