GOVERNMENT REGULATION

amending Government Decree No. 245/2004 Coll., on the establishment of closer

the conditions for implementation of the measures of the common organisation of the market in wine, in

The Government ordered pursuant to section 2b, paragraph 1. 2 of law No 249/1997 Coll., on

Agriculture, as amended by Act No. 128/2003 Coll., Act No. 441/2005 Coll. and

Act No. 291/2009 Coll., and pursuant to section 1 (1). 3 of Act No. 256/2000 SB., about

The State agricultural intervention fund and amending certain other

laws (the law on the State agricultural intervention fund), as amended by

Act No. 441/2005 Coll. and Act No. 291/2009, code:



Article. (I)



Government Regulation No. 245/2004 Coll., on the establishment of detailed conditions when the

implementation of the measures of the common organisation of the market in wine, as amended by regulation

No 83/2006 Coll., regulation of the Government No. 33/2007 Coll., regulation of the Government No.

320/2008 Coll., Decree-Law No 82/2009 Coll., regulation of the Government No. 83/2009

Coll., regulation of the Government No. 480/2009 Coll., regulation of the Government No. 214/2010 Coll.,

Government Decree No. 369/2010 Coll., regulation of the Government No. 258/2009 Coll.,

Government Regulation No. 448/2012 Coll. and regulation of the Government No. 400/2013 Coll.,

be amended as follows:



1. in paragraph 5, the following paragraph 13, which read as follows:



"(1) the request referred to in paragraph 1 and the notice referred to in paragraph 5 could not Fund

submit from 1 January 2006. August 2014. ".



2. In paragraph 8, the following paragraph 9 is added:



"(9) the request referred to in paragraph 2 shall not be of the Fund to submit from 1 January 2006. August

2014. ".



Article. (II)



Transitional provisions



1. the procedure on applications for aid for the restructuring and conversion of vineyards

pursuant to section 5 of the regulation of the Government No. 245/2004 Coll., initiated before the date of

entry into force of this regulation, for which the applicant filed a notice of

implementation of the measures referred to in § 5 para. 5 Government Regulation No. 245/2004 Coll. in

April 30, 2014, completes the Government Regulation No 245/2004 Coll., on

the version in force before the date of entry into force of this regulation.



2. the procedure for applications for support for restructuring and conversion of vineyards

pursuant to section 5 of the regulation of the Government No. 245/2004 Coll., on which the applicant

April 30, 2014 has not submitted the notification of transposition measures pursuant to § 5 para. 5

Government Regulation No. 245/2004 Coll., shall be completed in accordance with Decree-Law No.

142/2014 Coll., laying down detailed conditions when implementing the measures

the common organisation of the markets in agricultural products in the field

Vineyard and Winery.



3. the procedure for applications for aid for investment in accordance with § 8 c Government Regulation

No. 245/2004 Coll., initiated before the date of entry into force of this regulation,

completes the Government Regulation No 245/2004 Coll., in the version in force prior to the

the effective date of this regulation.
