DECREE
of 12 October. in December 2006,
amending Decree No 201/2005 Coll., on the statistics of a balanced and
the imported goods and the method of communication of information on trade between the Czech
Republic and the other Member States of the European communities
The Czech Statistical Office and the Ministry of Finance shall determine under section 319 para.
2 and 6 of Act No. 13/1993 Coll., the Customs Act, as amended by law No. 1/2002 Sb.
and Act No. 187/2004 Coll.:
Article. (I)
Decree No. 201/2005 Coll., on the statistics of the exported and imported goods, and
the method of communication of information on trade between the Czech Republic and the other
the Member States of the European communities, is hereby amended as follows:
1. section 2 including the footnotes 3 and 4 read as follows:
"§ 2
In the document for statistical purposes shall show the information set out in annex No.

2. in § 5 para. 3, in the third sentence, the words "produced" are replaced by

3. In annex 1, point 1:

4. In annex 1, point 4, the following point 5 is added:

Items 5 to 8 shall become points 6 to 9.
5. in annex No 1 point 7 is added:

6. In annex 1, the following paragraph 10 is added:

Article II
