The Government ordered pursuant to section 19 of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 425/1990 Coll., on

district offices, edit their ambit and on some other

related measures in the text of the Czech National Council Act No.

321/1992 Coll. and Act No. 254/1994 Coll.:



§ 1



District Office performs the function of the founder of the State-owned enterprises, referred to in

the provisions of § 19 of the Czech National Council Act No. 425/1990 Coll., on district

offices, edit their ambit and on some other measures with

related, as amended by Act of the Czech National Council No. 321/1992 Coll. and

Act No. 254/1994 Coll., no later than 31 December 2006. December 1997; If there is a

the State enterprise on this date in liquidation, the District Office function of its

the founder of the date of deletion of the State-owned company from the commercial register.



§ 2



This Regulation shall enter into force on 31 March 2001. December 1994.
