Amending Decree no. 541/2005 Coll., On Market Rules
electricity pricing principles for activities of the electricity market operator
and execution of certain other provisions of the Energy Act

Energy Regulatory Office (the "Office"), pursuant to § 98 paragraph. 7
Act no. 458/2000 Coll., On business conditions and public administration
in the energy sectors and amending certain laws (
energy Act), as amended by Act no. 670/2004 Coll., and pursuant to Article. II, section 18 of Act No.

Article I


Decree no. 541/2005 Coll., On Electricity Market Rules and principles of pricing
Market Operator, electricity and execution
certain other provisions of the Energy Act, is amended as follows:

First In § 2 para. 1, at the end of the text of letter i) the words "for the territory

"§ 25

Clearing and financial settlement of imbalances

(1) Clearing and financial settlement of imbalances conducted by the market operator

was connected to the transmission or distribution system after January 1, 2002, and the final customer

(8) Prior to the first change of supplier, but not later than 3 working days from the date of delivery
request to conclude a connection agreement under paragraph 2

market supply points of the electricity market participant.

(9) The transmission or distribution system enters into a

part of the distribution system operator, to which the new

greater than 100% of the payments corresponding to the consumption of the previous billing period comparable
assuming preserving the value of reserved capacity

Method for determining the settlement price

(1) Price delivered a positive control for energy suppliers regulatory
