Parliament has passed the following Act of the United States:



Article. (I)



Act No. 107/2006 Coll., on unilateral increase of the apartment rent and about

Procedure for determining the target monthly rent per sq m of floor

area of the apartment and maximum increments monthly rent



The target value of the monthly rent per 1 m2 floor area

expressed in CZK/m2 is calculated according to the formula



CN = 1/12 * p * ZC



where:



CN is the target value of the monthly rent per m 2 floor area,



ZC is the base price per 1 m2 of floor area of the dwelling



p is a coefficient reflecting the percentage of the annual rent on the base price

apartment;

formula

MP is the maximum increment of monthly rent expressed in%,



CN is the target value of the monthly rent per 1 m2 floor area

expressed in €/m2,



An is the current value of the monthly rent per 1 m2 of floor space
