which extends the deadline for some cases of judicial příročí.

According to the law of 24 December 2002. July 1917, no. 307., and article. 2. the law of

28 June 1999. October 1918, no. 11 Coll. and n., ordering:



§ 1.



The period within which you can povoliti judicial příročí pursuant to § § 1, 2 and

odložiti enforcement under section 5 of the regulation of 28 June. in December 1918, no. 3 of the Sb.

from., and n. from 1919, the persons and undertakings referred to in article 4 (article). I. Regulation

of the 19. February 1919, no. 80 Coll. and n.) for claims referred to therein,

shall be extended until 31 December 2006. December 1920.



Příročí and postponement of execution for these claims permitted up to 30. June

the 1920s are considered extended to 30. September 1920.



§ 2.



Judicial příročí pursuant to section 6 of the regulation of 28 June. in December 1918, no. 3

Coll. and n. of 1919, povoliti also can be used until 31 December 2004. December 1920.



§ 3.



Příročí, the section 7 of the regulation for military persons and their

relatives can also be used to further povoliti under the conditions in article 7 et seq.. laid down.



§ 4.



For claims for which it is the extended příročí permits also applies to

Furthermore, the provisions of articles 10 to 13 of regulation 28. in December 1918, no. 3 Coll. and

n. of 1919.



§ 5.



This regulation from the date of publication. It is the responsibility of Ministers to produce such a
