The DECREE



of 10 June 1999. January 2013,



amending Decree No 51/1989 Coll., on health and safety

at work and the safety of operations when editing and refining of minerals, in

Article. (I)



In section 6 of Decree No. 51/1989 Coll., on safety and health at work

and safety when modifying and refining of minerals, as amended by

Decree No. 395/2011 Coll., paragraph 7, including footnotes, No 54

Article. (II)



This Decree was notified in accordance with the directive of the European Parliament
