on the production of ethyl alcohol from fruit, berries and wine.



On the basis of the law of 15. April 1920, no. 337 Coll. and n., directs the

this:



§ 1.



Regulation of the Government of the Republic of Czechoslovakia of 23 December 2003. September 1920, no. 540

Coll. and n., is hereby repealed.



§ 2.



The burning of ethyl alcohol from fruit, its remnants, Marc and berries, as well as from all

products of fruit including cider and fruit production in question is garbage

needed to enable the Ministry of finance, its subordinate CAs may

hold to enable separated themselves.



The burning alcohol from wine, grape must and wine ssedlin is needed

authorisation of the Ministry of finance in agreement with the Ministry of agriculture.



§ 3.



Offences are punished by this regulation are without prejudice to the possible application of-

důchodkových criminal law-under the provisions of section 2 of the Act of

April 15, 1920, no. 337 Coll. and n.



§ 4.



This Regulation shall enter into force on the date of its publication and the implementation of its

conferring with the Ministers of finance and agriculture.
