DECREE



the Ministry of agriculture, forestry and water management



of 3 July 2003. October 1960



on the delegation of financial and accounting services of the estate land

reforms



The Ministry of agriculture, forestry and water management provides, in

the agreement with the Ministry of finance pursuant to section 6 of Act No. 98/1950 Coll. on

the cancellation of the National Land Fund in the Ministry of agriculture and

land reform funds and merge their equity:



§ 1



Financial and accounting service of the estate land reforms

carried out by the State savings bank so far in Prague 1 and the State savings bank in

Bratislava, Slovakia, and actions related with it gradually and to the extent

the Ministry of agriculture, forestry and water management in agreement with the

the Ministry of finance transferred to the district national committees.



§ 2



Minister of agriculture Regulation No 129/1951 Coll., on migration

financial and accounting services of the estate land reforms.



§ 3



This Decree shall take effect on the date of publication.
