162/2010 Coll. DECREE of 17 May 2010 amending Decree no 505/2006 Coll., Which implements certain provisions of the Social Services Act, as amended, the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, pursuant to section 119 that para. 2 of Law No. 108/2006 Coll., on social services, as amended by Act No. 261/2007 Coll. and Act No. 206/2009 Coll.: Article. And Decree no 505/2006 Coll., Which implements certain provisions of the Social Services Act, as amended by Decree No. 166/2007 Coll., Decree No. 340/2007 Coll. and Decree No. 239/2009 Coll., is amended as follows: 1. In Annex No. 1 of Part I. (b)) at the end of paragraph 6 of the semicolon replaced with a comma and the following point 7 is added: "7. self-determination meal plan with daily administration of a special diet composition, quantity or frequency, or therapeutic nutritional supplements."; 2. In Annex No. 1 of Part I. (b)), the final part, the words "in the act" is replaced by "activities referred to it in paragraphs 1-6." 3. In Annex No. 1 of Part I. q) at the end of the text of paragraph 5, the words ", measuring glucose and ketone bodies in urine." 4. In Annex No. 1 of Part I. r) Section 4 reads: "4. injections, blood glucose measurement, determining the actual dose of insulin." 5. In Annex 1, part II, point. (e)) at the end of Section 3 of the semicolon replaced with a comma and the following paragraph 4 is added: "4. the Adaptation day and night functionality needs treatment and care."; 6. In Annex 1, part II, point. (e)), the final part, the words "in individuals under 3 years of age are not taken into account the need for assistance and supervision in the act," shall be deleted. Art.
