opening a Boggy meadow national nature monuments at Velenky and
the closer the protective conditions
Ministry of the environment shall establish in accordance with § 79 paragraph 2. 4 (b). (h))
Act No. 114/1992 Coll., on nature and landscape protection, as amended by Act No.
218/2004 Coll., Act No 312/2008 Coll., and Act No. 349/2009, code:
§ 1
The definition of national nature monuments
(1) the national natural monument is Boggy meadow in Velenky
(hereinafter referred to as "natural monument").
(2) the national natural monument is situated on the territory of the Central Bohemia region,
in the cadastral territory Hradištko at Sadská. The boundaries of the national nature
monuments shall be closed geometric shape with straight sides,
whose peaks are determined coordinates uniform trigonometric networks
cadastral ^ 1). A list of the coordinates of the vertices of a geometric shape as
they go in a shape behind him, is given in annex 1 to this notice.
(3) Indicative graphical representation of the territory is national nature monuments
set out in annex 2 to this Decree.
§ 2
Object of protection
The subject of the protection of the national natural monuments are:
