amending the Charter of fundamental rights and freedoms



Parliament passed this Constitutional Act of the Czech Republic:



Article. (I)



The Charter of fundamental rights and freedoms proclaimed by a resolution of the Bureau

The Czech National Council No. 2/1993 Coll., as part of the constitutional order of the Czech

Republic, is amended as follows:



In the article. 8 (2). 3 the second sentence with the number "24" is replaced by "48".



Article II



This constitutional law shall take effect on 1 January 2000. on 1 January 1999.
